Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia who are at least 18/21 YEARS OF AGE (depending on your state laws) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Administrator, their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each are not eligible to enter.
4. Agreement to the Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
5. How to Enter: To participate in the "Take 1: of EVERYTHING" ("Promotion"), you must have a Revolver Forum account, to create a Revolver Forum account go to www.revolvercigforum.com. To enter the Promotion, you must make video of your own, write them, shoot them and submit them ("Submission"). Your Submission should be in a form consistent with these Official Rules. Videos must be uploaded through YouTube or mailed to Revolver Take 1 Contest, PO Box 10, Blissfield, MI 49228 during the Promotion Period. YOU MUST EXPRESSLY AGREE TO CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THE OFFICIAL RULES, GIVE PERMISSION FOR YOUR SUBMISSIONS TO BE POSTED ON YOUTUBE, REVOLVERCIGFORUM.COM AND REVOLVERCIG.COM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS DO NOT ENTER THE CONTEST.

Submission may use the Revolver logos only as they appear, without alteration of any kind. No other license or right to use the Revolver logos are granted hereby.
All entries must be received by 11:59:00 pm EST on 10/22/2010.
The person uploading the Submission will be deemed the entrant ("Entrant"). The Entrant is the one (1) person who owns the email address associated with the Submission. If any group elects to collaborate on a Submission, they are required to designate one (1) person as the agent of the group to enter the Promotion, agree to these rules and accept the prize on behalf of the group. Neither Sponsor nor any of the Promotion Parties are liable for any disputes between collaborators arising under or related to the Promotion.
Each Submission must comply with the Official Rules.
Each Submission must be the original work of the Entrant produced for this Promotion; it may not have been entered in or won previous contests or awards; it may not have been published previously in any medium; it must not infringe any party's intellectual property or other rights; it must be suitable for display and publication on YouTube, Revolver web sites, and other online sites (i.e., may not be obscene or indecent, including but not limited to nudity or profanity); it must not contain obscene or pornographic material, it must not contain defamatory statements (including but not limited to words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group), it must not include threats to any person, place, business, group or world peace, it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations of any sites involved.
Each Submission must not include non-Revolver third party logos. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or blur or to ask the applicable Entrant to remove or blur any non-material elements (e.g. small logos on clothing, artwork hanging in the background, etc.) rather than disqualify an otherwise compliant Submission.
BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST AND UPLOADING YOUR SUBMISSION, YOU IRREVOCABLY GRANT TO SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS THE UNCONDITIONAL AND PERPETUAL RIGHT TO POST, DISPLAY, PUBLISH, USE, ADAPT, EDIT AND/OR MODIFY SUCH SUBMISSION IN ANY WAY, IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA, FOR ANY PURPOSE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AND WITHOUT CONSIDERATION TO YOU. IN THE EVENT YOUR SUBMISSION IS SELECTED AS A WINNER OF THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO IRREVOCABLY ASSIGN AND TRANSFER TO THE SPONSOR ANY AND ALL RIGHTS, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE SUBMISSION AND IF APPLICABLE, ALL RELATED CAMPAIGN VIDEOS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS AND WAIVE ALL MORAL RIGHTS IN THE SUBMISSION. ALL CONTEST ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT ANY COMMERCIAL, ADVERTISING, PRESENTATION, WEB CONTENT OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL SUBSEQUENTLY PRODUCES, PRESENTED, AND/OR PREPARED BY OR ON BEHALF OF SPONSOR INFRINGES ON THE RIGHTS OF ENTRANT'S WORK AS CONTAINED IN ANY SUBMISSION.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, unintelligible, invalid, or misdirected requests, which will be disqualified. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, or the failure to capture any such information. Sponsor's computer will be the official clock of the Promotion. All information provided to Sponsor will be used in accordance with Sponsor's then-current privacy policy available on www.revolvercig.com.
6. Selection of Winners and Voting: The Prizes will be awarded based on specific Judging Criteria, defined below. Submission will be judged by popular vote on the Revolver Forum. All Entrants are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if an Entrant cannot be verified, or if an Entrant is otherwise unable to accept prize, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Entrant provided sufficient time remains, at Sponsor's discretion.
The winner will be determined at 11:59pm EST on October 30, 2010.
Entrants agree that the Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Promotion and that all decisions of the Judges and Sponsor are final and binding. Entrants, by acceptance of the Prize (defined below), agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, as well as each of their respective parent and affiliated companies, and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, advertisers and sponsor from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost or claim relate to any allegation regarding the acceptance or use of their prize.
7. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. 9. Verification of Winners: Winner will receive a notice via private message on the Revolver Forum. The address where the prize is to be sent must be provided within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the end of the program to receive your prize.
10. General Rules: Where permitted by law, entrants that become prize winners grant to Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to Sponsor's permission, the right at any time to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without review, notice or approval.
Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found, in their sole discretion, to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, the Revolver Site, (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules; (c) acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE RULES, AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, OR OTHER PROMOTION PARTNERS, AND EACH OF THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASEES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED.
12. Additional Terms and Conditions: Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Releasees are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; or for transactions (including response submissions) that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with this Promotion, or process any transaction thereon. If in the Sponsor or Administrator’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Sponsor, Administrator and partners reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and or void any entries submitted fraudulently, modify or suspend the Promotion, or to terminate the Promotion and award the remaining prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion in its entirety at any time and at its sole discretion. Should the Promotion be terminated or modified prior to the stated end date, notice will be posted on www.take1contest.com or as redirected to an alternative link. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor, Administrator and sweepstakes partners reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies form any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with this Promotion via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices, or Promotion entry services or programs is prohibited. The Revolver logos are owned by Revolver Electric, LLC and are federally-registered trademarks in the United States and in other countries. Alteration of the logos or use of the logos for any other purpose is a violation of Revolver's intellectual property rights, and is strictly prohibited. No other license or right to the Revolver trademarks or logos are granted hereby, and Revolver expressly reserves its rights in and to all of its trademarks and logos.
